I will do everything in my power to support you, always staying up to date with relevant research and finding holistic solutions to guide your treatment plan.
The Consultation Process
As a medical herbalist, I address the whole person, rather than individual symptoms and aim to treat the root cause of imbalance. I will take into account your lifestyle, emotional wellbeing, diet, medical history, as well as presenting symptoms.
During the consultation
This will take between 60—75 minutes in which I will take a full case history and is your opportunity to share your story with me.
Follow up appointments
I will let you know when to book a follow up appointment with me at the time of consultation, but this will usually be between two to three weeks following your initial consultation. These appointments last between 30—45 minutes in which we will review your case together and make any necessary adjustments for your prescription going forward.
Prior to consultation
I will send you a pre-consultation and consent to treatment form prior to your appointment which I ask is returned to me 24 hours before you arrive.
After the consultation
I will formulate a herbal prescription bespoke to you, and this may be in the form of a tincture, tea, powder or glycerite depending on your needs. I will also send a treatment plan outlining my suggestions which may include diet, lifestyle and information on the herbs in your prescription.

Fees
Prices start from £90 for an initial consultation, and the herbs typically work out at £12–£15 per week depending on your needs. Follow up appointments start from £50.
